Thereafter, we will investigate the case and communicate a resolution to you within 20 business days from the acknowledgement date. If we need more time to investigate the case, we will notify and provide you with reason(s) for the delay, as well as an indicative timeline that you could expect to receive the final response and/or resolution from us. Meanwhile, we will also provide you with interim status updates of your feedback as and when necessary.
